How To Prepare Your Abstract & Short Conference Paper
Abstracts and extended abstracts are short papers of 3-4 pages max. Submitting an extended abstract (short conference paper) for publication is optional. Both abstracts and extended abstracts should be written in English.
For notification of acceptances, please see Important Dates. At least one of the authors has to be registered before the registration deadline to warrant inclusion of the abstract in the conference program and, if chosen, publication of the short paper in the conference proceedings.
How To Submit Your Abstract & Short Conference Paper
Abstracts should be submitted directly online via the JSI submission management system and extended abstracts should be submitted using the template given at the bottom of the page (see below). Both submissions will undergo a peer-review process.
By submitting a short abstract, you agree that if it is accepted, one of the co-authors will attend the conference, register, pay the registration fee and present the paper onsite. Alternatively, one of the co-authors will register, pay the registration fee and present the paper online without attending in person.
